About us

A straightforward company with clear standards

Safety Consistent Services Ltd was incorporated in October 2026 to provide electrical installation and appliance repair services under one roof. The company's name describes how we intend to work: safely, and consistently, on every job regardless of its size.

  • Electrical work carried out in accordance with BS 7671, the IET Wiring Regulations.
  • Notifiable work is notified to building control as required under Part P of the Building Regulations.
  • Written, itemised quotations before work begins, with no hidden charges.
  • Test results and certificates provided on completion of electrical work.

How we work

From first contact to completion

Enquiry

Contact us by email or through the enquiry form with a description of the work or the fault. We will ask a few questions so we arrive prepared.

Assessment & quotation

For installation work we visit, assess the existing installation and send a written quotation. For repairs we diagnose first and confirm the cost before proceeding.

The work

Work is scheduled at an agreed time, carried out to the relevant standard and left clean and tidy. Any change to the agreed scope is discussed with you first.

Handover

You receive the relevant certification for electrical work, a clear invoice, and plain-English guidance on anything you need to know going forward.

What you can expect from us

Safety first

Installations are designed, installed, inspected and tested in line with BS 7671. We do not cut corners on protection, earthing or testing.

Clear paperwork

Written quotations, itemised invoices and the appropriate electrical certificates, so you have a record of exactly what was done.

Honest advice

If an appliance is not economical to repair, or a job does not need doing, we will tell you. We would rather give good advice than sell unnecessary work.

Respect for your property

Dust sheets where needed, work areas left clean, and your time respected with agreed appointment windows.
